This edition of the Garden Club’s educational lecture series will take guests on a journey through the history, cultivation, culture, and global impact of coffee, while highlighting the fascinating horticulture behind every cup.This month’s featured speaker is Oleksandra Kostyuk, a member of the Garden Club’s Wildflower Circle. Oleksandra will share insights into “The World of Coffee,” offering attendees an opportunity to learn more about coffee-growing regions, plant characteristics, cultivation practices, and the traditions that have shaped coffee culture. Her presentation will blend horticultural education with cultural appreciation, creating a unique and welcoming evening for gardeners, plant enthusiasts, and coffee lovers alike.
Garden Club of Jacksonville Horticulture Corner is an educational series featuring guest speakers and experts sharing insight on a variety of gardening and landscape topics, including plant conservation, soil health, garden design, seasonal practices, and environmental stewardship.
