We have a really exciting programme, which includes a new commission of a recorder concerto written by Thomas Shorthouse for local soloist Luca Imperiale. We are combining this with ‘Music for Orbiting Spheres‘ by Missy Mazzoli and Elgar - Enigma Variations
We will be sharing more details about the pieces over the coming weeks - but a sneak preview is that the the Missy Mazzoli piece includes a full symphony orchestra with some additional parts for harmonica !
