Come spend a day with us as we delve into our relationship with our horses! The day will consist of classroom/theory discussion, demos and simulations and the rest will be hands on with your horse! Want to participate but don't have a horse? We may have a horse for you to use! $250 per participant, $25 horse use fee, $50 per auditor. Spaces limited to 6 participants.About Ashley:
Ashley started riding horses at the age of 7. She grew up in the "traditional" horse world, taking weekly riding lessons and participating in a local 4-H club. She competed at horse shows across New England throughout her school years. It was then that she learned about natural horsemanship. She began studying the Parelli program with her own horse and quickly became addicted. She left the traditional horse world behind and became committed to a natural approach to training. Ashley continued her study of the Parelli program, attending as many clinics and lessons as she could, and later completed level 4 of the Parelli program. She continues to study natural horsemanship, with a focus on healthy biomechanics and the psychology of learning (for both the human and the horse). Ashley uses the knowledge she has acquired from her 15+ years of natural horsemanship study to help her students develop strong partnerships with their horses and achieve their goals.
