Join Outdoor Recreation on September 13 for a horseback riding day trip to Warrior Outreach Ranch in Fortson, Georgia. Warrior Outreach Ranch is a nonprofit organization with a mission to assist veterans, servicemembers and their families. We will meet at 8 a.m. at Outdoor Recreation, depart for the ranch at 8:15 a.m., and return to Fort Benning around 1 p.m.; The $5 per person fee includes transportation, and lunch will be provided at the ranch.
Registration is required by 12 p.m. on Friday, September 12. Sign up by calling 706-545-7978 or in person at Outdoor Rec, Building 1707.
*Closed-toe shoes are required.
**Children attending must be comfortable on a horse and be able to hold the saddle horn.
