Howdy& Namaste! My name is Callie and I am an Equine Yoga instructor, ground yoga instructor, Wholeness Coach, and Registered Nurse. I am excited to offer a new monthly horse yoga experience at the beautiful Retreat Ranch. Come discover a unique way to relax and unwind as you connect with Nature and these gentle giants. Horse Yoga combines the calming presence of horses with traditional yoga techniques, helping to reduce stress and enhance mindfulness.
Come join me for three hours of fun and mindfulness. Experience horse yoga and a mindful, meditative walk in nature around the Ranch or at the Labrynth.
What to Wear: Yoga type pants or comfotable stretchy pants & slip off shoes ( life booties, boots, or slip on tennis shoes)
What to Bring: Water bottle, journal & pen, an open heart
