As we move through the final shedding of the year of the Snake it is important to step into the energy of the Fire Horse …the Horse carries momentum, movement, expansion and ascension. But do not mistake speed for power.

This is also a year of embodiment; of slow, steady grounding. Of rooting deeper into the body, the breath, the Earth.

Join us as we move through a gentle grounding yoga practice, a heart healing conscious Breath Practice, oracle supported reflection with journaling exercises, sound bath and fire rituals!
