This outstanding breed of feathered draft horse originates from England. Their colors are bay, black and most uncommon-grey. According to the American Shire Horse Association, there are only about 3,000 ASHA registered Shires in the WORLD today. So as you can see, this is not only a stunning breed of horse but they are also rare! About the horses: Rahk is a 6 year old grey Shire. He is registered with the ASHA and foaled on April 17th, 2018. His name suits him-he stands at 17.2hh and weighs 2,000lbs. Whether it be farm work or dressing up for a special event, Rahk is always down for an adventure! He is very affectionate. Wolkyn is a 7 year old grey Shire. He is registered with the ASHA and foaled on April 24th, 2017. Wolkyn stands at a solid 18.3hh and weights 2,100 lbs. He enjoys working on the farm and skidding logs. He is very friendly and social.
