Over winter the Herd and I have been working on a new Retreat; one that opens us to our truest self; one that gets under the noise of limiting beliefs and social expectations, to the heart of our deepest desires and offers us the skills to live from that space!If you are a woman navigating change, struggling to find purpose or fulfilment in your life, or like me perhaps you have gone through a sudden change in your life that has you ready to release and reignite your personal power ... this day is for you!
We will cover ...
*identifying our true & false self
*deepen self awareness and letting go of false narratives
*develop skills to offset triggers & and the discernment to know when we are leading from our highest self
Through the following ...
*a guided self discovery meditation
*teachings around Neuroscience & horses and how it can serve us in navigating change
*intuitive introductions with the Herd
*artistic expression of the experience
All teaching materials, snacks, a delicious lunch and tea will be provided ... participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and dress for outdoor & paddock time.
