*We do not provide a refund for a no-show.
*You have a 15-minute grace period before your session could be resold, so message at [email protected] if you are running late.
*We do not provide a refund for a cancellation that is less than 24 hours from your actual time of your visit, nor do we allow a refund on a rescheduled reservation that was changed by the staff as a courtesy within the original 24 hour reserved guidelines.
*You DO receive a refund (minus a 4% processing fee) if you cancel more than 24 hours from the originally scheduled time of your visit.
