We welcome vendors that align with the spirit of the event — playful, family-friendly, and community-focused!
Ideal booths include: • Handmade goods • Kid-run businesses • Toys, crafts, and accessories • Face painting or interactive activities • Sweet treats & snacks • Food trucks / pop-up food vendors (limited slots)⸻
🧾 Booth Details • Vendor Fee: $15 Adult Run Booths Limited Spaces Available (free for kid-run booths — $25 for Food Trucks)
• Space Size: 10x10 feet (you must bring your own table/tent/chairs)
• Setup Time: 9 AM – 10:45 AM
• Tear Down: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Electricity: Not available
• Wi-Fi: Not guaranteed — plan accordingly⸻

• Our social media posts & vendor spotlights
• Printed event flyers (If registered by August 10th)
• Event page on Facebook
📝 Vendor Requirements
• Must provide your own setup (tent, table, signage, etc.)
• No offensive or unsafe materials — this is a kid-centered event! • All food vendors must be compliant with local health codes
• You are responsible for your own sales and tax collection • Booths must remain open the full duration of the event.
