This series is for women, at all stages, those who long to feel more at home in their bodies, to engage in meaningful conversations about their health, well-being & experiences. You will receive natural, practical guidance for living well, feeling healthier, more empowered & connected to your body’s wisdom."Hormones 101" will be a 2-part series, where we will dive into the wisdom of the body's messengers ~ hormones ~ and explore the different factors and obstacles that impact hormone regulation, as well as understand what our bodies are trying to tell us.
In part 1 of this series, we will explore sex hormones, the body systems involved, as well as the cultural systems that impact women’s hormonal health. We will discuss holistic & alternative ways to cultivate hormonal balance, as well as heal the feminine within. A hormone-balancing tea will be shared, along with the herbal actions of the herbs in the formula. You will also have the opportunity to ask your own questions related to hormonal health to someone who is trained and has clinical experience in women’s health.
