In this premiere collaboration moon room invites you to a 4-hours multi-sensory journey merging electro-accoustic and olfactory elements with the quality of planetary gongs. For this unique immersion vienna based Artists Christiane Peschek+Ernst Lima are collaborating with THE GONG COLLECTIVE.

Ernst Lima and Christiane Peschek work together in creating immersive experiences on the intersection of sound, art and technology . Through a blend of live-played and electronically transformed sounds, an immersive soundscape emerges, inviting you to listen not only with your ears but with your entire body. By exploring both external and internal sound, they create a space for attention, resonance, and collective listening. Through the use of 3-dimensional sound sources and the delicate use of olfactory elements, they build up on a multi-layered experience.

Through the soothing yet powerful vibrations of the gongs, you will be gently guided into a state of profound stillness and trust — allowing you to reconnect with your true essence and experience yourself as an integral part of the greater whole.
Planetary gongs vary in size and tone and have been designed and tuned in conformity of the natural harmonic series based in the orbital properties on the earth, sun, moon and the planets according to the calculations of the mathematician Hans Cousto. Thus, they resonate in harmony with the cycle of the celestial bodies and communicate a distinct aspect of their musical spheres.
Based in Vienna, The Gong Collective is led by professional gong players Marion Schiffer, Eva-Maria Pusch and Maria Kondratieva, who come together to create deeply transformative sound experiences that nourish body, mind and soul.
