It's almost time for the annual Horison Challenge Trail Run, taking place on Saturday, November 2, 2024. The race starts and finishes at Huis Horison in Onder Papegaaiberg, Stellenbosch, coinciding with the popular Huis Horison Kermis (Fête). It's a family-friendly event, and after the run, you can choose from an array of food stalls such as breakfast, pancakes, coffee, or even a cold beer. The race includes trails through Huis Horison and Middelvlei Wine Farm, and children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Distances are 10km, 5km, or 3km. Pre-entries are open until 29 Oct and late entries are accepted on the day.
