Join us! Class will begin with 15 minutes of a play-based warmup. It will be followed by two 15 minute rotations with focus on the skills used to get over the boxes and the strength to accomplish them. You’ll then combine everything you’ve learned for 10 minutes with sets of continuous flow throughout the entire obstacle course. We will finish with 5 minutes of breath and stretch.
