Join Haas Sensory Scientist and Advanced Cicerone® Rikki Welz and Chef Jacob Garland of Tandem Unicycle for a delicious and educational evening in the picturesque biergarten at the Haas Innovations Center.
These pairings are designed to increase your enjoyment and appreciation for the delicate dance of food and beer pairing as Rikki and Chef Jacob take you through various considerations and practices to learn how the various components of each course all work together.
This instructional dinner is a celebration of all of Yakima’s bountiful harvests, featuring local ingredients and beers from the Haas Innovations Brewery just steps from your table. Seating* is limited, so be sure to invite your friends and grab a table ASAP!
