Are you concerned about the mental health and well-being of your employees? Do you want to ensure that your organization is doing everything possible to support them through mental health challenges and promote a positive work environment? Then you can't afford to miss out on the Workplace Well-Being Summit.
At the summit, we will address the pressing concerns that many leaders like you face when it comes to their workers' mental health. We will provide you with the tools and knowledge needed to support employees experiencing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and even suicidal thoughts.
By attending the summit, you will:
- Learn the best practices for prevention, intervention, and crisis response, enabling you to take proactive steps in supporting your employees' mental health.
- Gain confidence in your ability to deliver desired outcomes through a comprehensive and evidence-based approach.
- Showcase your organization as a leader in mental health support, demonstrating your commitment to the well-being of your employees to your management.
- Connect with a network of like-minded mental health champions who are eager to share their best practices with you, allowing you to learn from their experiences.
- Discover how your organization can earn a recognizable certificate, the H.O.P.E. Certification, highlighting your investment in proactive mental health support for both current and future employees.
Even if you don't apply for the H.O.P.E. Certification cohort, attending the summit will provide you with a better understanding of the issues surrounding mental health and equip you with potential solutions. You will leave the event with valuable insights and actionable strategies to implement within your organization.
The Workplace Well-Being Summit is hosted by United Suicide Survivors International and sponsored by esteemed organizations such as [Sponsors]. This event is designed to help workplaces develop comprehensive well-being programs that empower individuals to thrive through tough times, focusing on prevention, early identification, and emergency preparedness.
While the Summit primarily targets safety-critical industries such as construction, mining, oil & gas, first responders, and healthcare, it is open to everyone. We encourage companies, local unions, professional associations, and teams from each organization to attend. Ideally, your team should include representatives from leadership, HR, safety, marketing, and individuals with lived experience in mental health challenges.
By the end of the summit, organizations will have the opportunity to apply for the H.O.P.E. Certification program. Only 10 organizations will be selected to enroll in this program, which offers a full year of technical assistance and implementation support for nine practices aimed at transforming workplace culture around mental health. Even if you choose not to join the pilot program, your team will benefit greatly from attending this one-day summit.
