The energy will be high following a full day of tomorrow’s leaders rallying for the future of Tampa Bay’s water, shorelines, and cities. We’ll hear from the woman who inspired it all, Dr. Jane Goodall, DBE, founder of the Jane Goodall Institute and UN Messenger of Peace.
Dr. Goodall is a global icon spreading hope and turning it into meaningful positive impact to create a better world for people, other animals, and the planet we share.
As part of her 90th birthday tour, Dr. Goodall will share her message of hope live, in a unique talk tailored for the Youth Environment Summit. People of ALL ages are invited to this unforgettable appearance. If you are registered for the Youth Environment Summit, you do not need to purchase a ticket to Dr. Goodall speak.
The Youth Environment Summit and live talk are hosted by the Roots & Shoots Alliance, a partnership of the Jane Goodall Institute and more than 30 Tampa Bay-area environmental organizations and educators joining forces to support young people who embody hope for our region.
Ready to do more? Dr. Goodall believes that "Every individual has a role to play. Every individual makes a difference." After hearing Dr. Goodall speak, come out on Sunday to make a difference through A Day of Action, organized by the Roots & Shoots Alliance.
