The community is invited to a FREE training, "Hope in Hard Times: Navigating Trauma and Tough Relationships" on Saturday, March 1st from 8:30am-1:30pm. Guest speakers include author, counselor and founder of The Center- A Place of Hope, Gregory L. Jantz, PhD, C.E.D.S and Director of The Couch, Sara Yarbrough, LHMC LMFT.
Topics of discussion will be on parenting, anxiety, mental health, and toxic relationships. Doors open at 8:00am at Valley Real Life at 1831 S. Barker Road Greenacres, WA 99016.
