Throughout history, people have used music and singing as a powerful way to demonstrate against the circumstances of their time. Time and again, when protests break into shared song, something shifts. It becomes powerful not only for those singing, but for everyone who hears it.Hope Has a Voice: The People’s Sing Out is a one-hour, peaceful demonstration centered around music, presence, and collective voices. We’ll play a full hour of songs that everyone can join in singing while holding signs and making our voices heard.
This is about unity without confrontation. Singing together builds confidence, strengthens resolve, and inspires others who witness it to feel less alone and more empowered. Whether you sing loudly, softly, or simply stand and listen, your presence helps amplify the message: hope is still here, and it has a voice.
