Hope For the Hurting (H4H)

Hope for the Hurting (H4H) is a faith-based grief support group for men and women who are carrying pain, loss, or heartbreak and don’t want to walk through it alone. This group is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward after loss—whether it happened recently or years ago. We offer a safe, welcoming space where you can be honest about what you’re feeling without pressure to “be okay.” Together, we will study Scripture and walk through biblical teachings on grief, lament, healing, and hope, learning how God meets us right in the middle of our pain. Each gathering includes reflection, discussion, prayer, and journaling at a gentle pace. You don’t need to have the right words or all the answers—just come as you are. This is a place to breathe, to heal, and to slowly find hope again.
