What: Join us for a day-long, donation-based experience to provide healing + support for both you and others through breathwork, yoga + other somatic practices, guided meditation, and more.Why: Our planet is experiencing numerous humanitarian crises at once and our need for supportive community and opportunities to heal our nervous systems are greater than ever.
How: 100% of your donations will support non-profits addressing humanitarian crises (both near and far) and in exchange you will receive a day of healing modalities to support emotional release, deep relaxation, and embodied presence.
Full Schedule:
9-10:15 AM | Yoga with Steph Hanson (to support World Central Kitchen)
10:45 AM-Noon | Breathwork with Sarah Stepans (to support Doctors Without Borders)
Noon-1:30 PM | Lunch (BYO) + Community Connection Time
1:30-2:30 PM | TRE with Jess Ryan (to support Laramie Interfaith)
3-4:30 PM | Shavasana, Yoga Nidra, and Closing Meditation with Audrey Jansen (to support Wyoming Immigrant Advocacy Project)
