We are back and ready for an even bigger and better Camp HOPE America day-long pre-conference centered on our 2025 theme, Hope Discovered! Together we will connect as a Camp HOPE America family, align our goals and values, and learn how to find hope in ourselves and others. We will also highlight core components, activities, and training for overnight camp this summer.
We can't wait to see you!
Registration is $25, snacks and lunch are included.

Event Details:
- Date & Time: Monday, April 28, 2025 | 9:00am-3:00pm PDT
- Location: YMCA Camp Surf | 560 Silver Strand Boulevard Imperial Beach, CA 91932
- Cost: A $25 registration fee* is required, which includes lunch and snacks at Camp Surf.
*Each CHA Affiliate can bring up to 2 guests with the $25 fee per person- additional team members may join for a $100 registration fee per person. Any questions surrounding registration fees should be directed to [email protected].
Who Should Attend:
- Camp HOPE America Affiliate and Readiness Coordinators, leaders and team members who are passionate about empowering youth and creating pathways to hope.

- If you have dietary restrictions, email us at [email protected] so we can accommodate your needs.
- Transportation to and from the 2025 International FJC conference must be arranged on your own, but the Camp HOPE America Team will help coordinate rideshare on the day of the event.
- Camp Surf is located in the surfside town of Imperial Beach. It’s a super fun spot and something you may want to enjoy post pre-conference.
