Having a string of bad days? Need some comfort? Have a love of self care and cozyness? Well look no further!! �Come create yourself a beautiful Hope Box with us at The Red Stop Project, partnered with New Beginnings Personal Training and Wellness Facility and running alongside their teen fitness sessions, where we create a wellness toolbox with all the beautiful things that you love, all the things that comfort you and bring you a sense of calm! This could have anything from calming essential oils to colouring sheets to something soft, some sensory fidget gadgets, and much more! In the spirit of emotional and mental wellbeing and having that missing sense of calm and relaxation, we are more than thrilled to introduce these sessions for you to come and create something you can keep close with you for a lifetime ahead!
Hope boxes and some additional little trinkets will be supplied at our facility, and you can add more things that you love when you take your Hope Box back home with you! �
Our wellness Hope Box sessions are being held on the first week of July, days Monday at 4.15pm to 5pm and Wednesday at 3.35pm to 4.30pm for girls, and Tuesday and Thursday at 3.45pm to 4.30pm for boys! The sessions will be split over the course of two sessions in the week of the 1st July!
The cost of the sessions and the box itself is at the brilliantly reduced price of just £3 per session, and a Hope Box will be included per child/teen with stunning watercolour paint ready for the box to be decorated in whatever lovely colours and shapes they choose!
Ages 11-16, parents welcome to come join in on the fun!
