On January 17, HardBeauty, the Recovery Cards Project, and BHA invite you to take part in a powerful act of community care.
Join us at HardBeauty's Castle Rock office from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. to help write messages of kindness for people who are currently incarcerated at the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility, the Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center (DRDC), and the Rifle Correctional Center. Food generously provided by our sponsor, Bicycle Health.

These cards — close to 1,000 of them — will be delivered on Valentine’s Day in honor of Random Acts of Kindness Day, offering encouragement, dignity, and hope to individuals who often feel forgotten.
A few handwritten words can remind someone behind the walls that they are seen, valued, and worthy of compassion.
