Join us for a FREE fun filled day of exploring the regions history! Over 20 different historic sites, societies and groups will fill the HF Armory. Owls, hawks, and other feathered friends will be winging their way around the armory from 11-2!
Take the FREE narrated TROLLEY ride to and from the Bennington Battlefield. At the Battlefield you can get emersed in living history with musket demonstrations, tours of the grounds, and learn about life during that period with Katie B. and Crew!
This is our 3rd year and are excited to continue this fun day in the Town of Hoosick.
For the 2nd yr, we will have a chicken BBQ starting around 11-11:30 am in Wood Memorial Park. Tickets are available online at www.hoosickhistory.com int he gift shop section, or scan the QR code on this flyer, or in person at the Louis Miller museum.
At NOON at Liberty Memorial Park, inside Maple Grove Cemetery we will have the annual Armed Forces Day ceremony, hosted by Red Knights International Motorcycle Club New York Chapter LIII. This very moving ceremony will honor the 103 men from the Town of Hoosick who died in service to our Country.
We hope you can take the day to visit Hoosick Falls and all it has to offer and learn about many other places to visit as well.
