About this Event
We welcome first 1001 days and early years colleagues from across the Bradford district to explore the value that play has on so many aspects of babies and children’s development, physical and mental health, wellbeing and happiness.
At this FREE shared learning event, play and early years specialists will share how local and national evidence is informing best practice, and provide recommendations to ‘make room for play’ or take what you’re already doing to the next level.
This will be complemented with a keynote interactive session from Gary Butterfield, founder of Joy Junction, to discover how play can help us all create joyful workplace cultures, where employees feel valued and inspired.
There will be opportunities to ask questions, network, and celebrate the important role you play in supporting expectant families and families with young children, not to mention the chance to chat to Baby Week Bradford partners including BBC Tiny Happy People and Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture.
All together now - hooray for play!
