Join Polly and Sarah for an afternoon of hula hooping and flower crown making!

The afternoon will start with creating a beautiful dried flower crown using British grown florals and foliages. Sarah will guide you through the process and will be on hand throughout the session to make sure you leave with a gorgeous crown that will last for several years.

We’ll take a short intermission for some light refreshments (BYOB is welcome) an opportunity to snap some photos of your lovely flower crowns and a short performance from international hula hoop artist Miss Polly Hoops!

For the second part of the workshop Polly will take you through the basic elements of hula hooping where you will learn a trick or two. There will be plenty of time to practise your new hula hooping skills before Polly closes the session with a relaxing stretch sequence.
