Ho’oponopono is a beautiful Hawaiian prayer and practice of inner peace, forgiveness, and energetic responsibility. This monthly class is a gentle invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the place within you where peace already exists.
Through my own life journey, Ho’oponopono has helped me soften, release emotional weight, and understand how our inner world shapes our outer experiences. This practice has been a powerful tool for returning to peace—especially during moments of confusion, emotional charge, or overwhelm—and it’s my heartfelt desire to share it with others in a way that feels accessible and grounding.
In this class, we’ll explore the meaning and intention behind Ho’oponopono, how it works with the subconscious mind, and why taking responsibility for our inner state can be so freeing. You’ll be guided through the simple Ho’oponopono prayer and a meditation that allows the practice to be felt—not just understood.
This class is not about fixing yourself or reliving the past. It’s about creating space for clarity, compassion, and peace to arise naturally within you.
