We are excited to partner with the Rock Valley Girls Basketball team to bring a high-energy Girls Basketball Skills Clinic to the Y!This is designed to help players build confidence, sharpen fundamentals, and have fun on the court! This clinic focuses on skill development for all experience levels, offering personalized instruction from knowledgeable coaches in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Participants will work on:
- Ball-handling and dribbling control
- Shooting mechanics and finishing at the rim
- Footwork, agility, and defensive technique
- Teamwork, communication, and game IQ
Through drills, mini-games, and competitive skill challenges, athletes will develop both individual skills and an improved understanding of the game. Whether your athlete is new to basketball or preparing for the next level, this clinic provides an empowering experience that builds athletic ability, sportsmanship, and love for the game.
