Hoof & Hike is an annual walk or horseback ride poker run supporting the retirement of Naples Therapeutic Riding Center’s beloved therapy horses. At Naples Therapeutic Riding Center, our therapy horses are the heart of our mission. Every day, they offer strength, connection, and healing to the riders they serve. Their impact is lasting, and the bonds they form with participants, volunteers, and instructors often continue long after their time in the arena.
When their working years come to an end, we are committed to ensuring they receive a peaceful, well-deserved retirement. Many of our horses enjoy their next chapter at Camp Rusk, a 500-acre sanctuary where retired therapy horses live in a natural herd setting surrounded by open pastures and dedicated care.
Proceeds from Hoof & Hike support NTRC’s Retired Horse Fund, providing lifelong comfort and care for these incredible equine partners.
