Join us in a comfortable atmosphere to learn strategies of empowerment how to keep your pelvic floor healthy and happy. We will discuss female anatomy & physiology, managing your period during training, saddle selection, bike accessories, chamois cream and body lubricants play into pelvic floor health and your comfort as an athletes of any sport.
