Honour yourself in 3 days of Yoga, Walking, Meditation, Chakra dancing and a relaxing Gong bath all set in the middle of gorgeous nature of Worcestershire and lots more on our very special Wellbeing Retreat at Holland House - just couple of hours away from London

Join Sabina and Jacqui on this weekend to nourish and nurture your soul in a safe, supportive and lighthearted environment.

There is nothing as uplifting and re-energising than making connections with a group of likeminded people. Alternatively experience just getting away and spending time alone with yourself. Everything is welcome.

This holiday will include:
- Mornings of gentle yet revitalising Dru Yoga and Meditation suitable for all levels of abilities. Don't be afraid of joining us even if you have health problems, Dru Yoga is wonderfully inclusive and can be adapted to any needs.
- Balancing guided meditations.
- Experience Chakra dancing, which is a beautiful heart centred workout for the mind body and soul. For everyone who loves moving their body to great music. Have fun and be free and express your unique creativity.
- Playful exploration with sound and it's healing properties.
- Guided river walks through beautiful nature in Holland House gardens and the surrounding area.
- Enjoy Gong Bath to deeply relax and heal.
- Enjoy delicious, home cooked vegetarian meals from home grown and locally sourced, organic where possible, ingredients.
This retreat is for you, all about you and what you need to honour YOU.
The buildings are wonderful and cozy and the surrounding gardens are lush. Between activities you can enjoy a book by the open log fire or gentle stroll by the river Avon, which is very near.
All rooms are comfortable and charming. A limited number of single rooms are available. Bathrooms are shared.
The activities will be led by Sabina Furyova & Jacqueline Dark.
This holiday is from Friday 4pm until Sunday 3pm.
Prices are £530 for private room & £495 for shared accommodation sharing with one other person.
A non-refundable deposit of £110 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due 3 months before the start of the event. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel for any reason, including health reasons & Covid. Your booking may be transferred to a friend or family member. Please consider taking out travel insurance before booking – individual insurance for a single trip can be as little as £6.00 for over £3500 of cover.
