This special day has been created by us to help us to reconnect and honour our feminine selves and Mother Earth. We will celebrate the three phases of womanhood : maiden mother wise woman. All these 3 were nurtured by our ancestors. We will also explore how healing herbs are used to support women.
The day will include dance meditation and creativity and a special meditation in the woods sitting round on a log in a circle - as we learn to honour and nurture our gifts ourselves and Nature.
