About this Event
A nourishing day to set intentions for the year ahead and reflect on the past twelve months.
An intimate event for women to release 2024 and tap into their dreams. We talk about manifesting, and how to call in what we truly desire.
The morning will be spent in circle and run as an interactive workshop. Lunch will be a nourishing spread of delicious heartwarming wholefoods. The afternoon will focus on community and connection, sharing our goals, sweating it out in the beautiful Arisaig Sauna (@arisaig_sauna), and wild swimming at a local beach with Janey of @snamhalba (optional). PLUS, get your portrait taken dressed like a total goddess by @charlottegrantphotography (optional - it's an add-on).
HONOUR, RELEASE, & IGNITE:
19th January 10.30am - 3pm (Sunday)
LOCATION: The Glenuig Hall
DRESS: Comfortable clothes for movement, sitting and staying cosy.
BRING: A nest to sit - ie yoga mat, blanket, pillows. Cup and Water. Swimming gear, two towels - 1 x swimming, 1 x sauna, hot water bottle etc.
TICKETS: £60p/person + fees {strictly limited spaces}
