Honoring our Sacred StoriesPNC Women’s Retreat
Oct 4-6, 2024 at Pilgrim Firs
Join women of the Pacific Northwest Conference at Pilgrim Firs for
a weekend of faith, fellowship & fun! You are invited to set aside intentional time for renewal.
Our retreat leader this year is Jan Kinney and a member at Prospect UCC in Seattle. She has a
PhD in Women’s Studies specializing in Spirituality and Religion. Jan also has some divinity
training and frequently provides pulpit supply preaching within the conference.
We will tell our own sacred stories, and create rituals and altars that honor our life-changing
events. How do we make these events sacred? What materials, actions, words, or art will help us
affirm the sacredness of our lives?
Come as you are. Participate as you feel called.
This gathering is expansive to include all women, cis and trans, as well as non-binary people
comfortable in a space that centers on the experience of women.
Friday Check-in: 3-6 pm
Friday Dinner: 6:30 pm
Sunday Departure: by 11 am
LODGING: Lodging will be in South Lodge
and the cabins. Rooms are shared with 2-4
twin beds per room. Linens are provided.

MEALS: Sit back and enjoy your meals.
Leave the cooking and dishes to us! With
advance notice, we can provide tasty options
for those requiring Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free,
Vegetarian or Vegan options. Advance notice
required with registration.
HEALTH INFORMATION:
• Only individuals who are feeling well and
are symptom free should come to camp.
• It is highly recommended that participants
and leaders be fully vaccinated.
• Masks are optional and welcome.
COST: $190 per person, $120 Saturday only
Price Includes: Two nights lodging in
heated accommodations, linens, five meals,
program activities and supplies.
Early Bird: Register by Sept 1 and save $20.
