Evan Miller and Nancy Coiro will host a practice of lament and truth telling to honor our love and pain for the world on January 20 from 10 - 1. Based on the work of climate activist Joanna Macy, this practice creates a container for individuals to come together and express their fear, their pain, their anger, their numbness in the face of these challenging times. In this container we find connection to counteract the tremendous loneliness of our world. Out of this container may arise seeds of hope and action to stand in truth for our love for the world.
