Honoring Our Grief & Our Ancestors: Cacao Ceremonia & Rose Limpia

We have been hit hard, we are experiencing soo much oppression, trauma, & Collective Grief, and we wanted to share this ofrenda with you all so we can come, be in community, & tend to our Bodies, Heart & Spirits.

In this Gathering we will be engaging in:

- Opening prayer

- Intention-Setting/Community altar

- Connecting to Cacao: Heart & ancestral medicine

- Rose Medicine Limpia: Releasing Grief

- Talking Circle

- Closing Prayer

***Please bring with you: your own water, a mug for cacao, journal & something to write with. An Item for the Community Altar - focused on your Intention for the Ceremony, an Ancestor, what are you wanting to Honor or Heal? A Dish/Snack to Share (if you can, not mandatory).
