Washington National Cathedral and the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, in conjunction with the Elie Wiesel Foundation, co-convene this program celebrating Elie Wiesel’s legacy as a Holocaust survivor, teacher, and international voice of conscience. At this time of rising antisemitism, racism, and targeted group violence, a reminder of his commitment to human rights is both timely and necessary. Jon Meacham, the Cathedral’s Canon historian, hosts leaders from multiple generations for a discussion on Elie Wiesel and efforts to continue his legacy.
