The summer solstice is the longest day of the year with the least amount of darkness and the most daylight. It is the peak of the growing season. The sun appears to stand still in the sky, almost as if to pause and reflect on all that its power has produced. To honor the summer solstice, this workshop will focus on celebrating the sun in its current state. We will begin by building some heat with sun salutations, followed by invigorating breathwork and mudra. We will then pause and reflect through relaxation and a guided meditation to observe within ourselves what has grown and changed during the season.
