The Fischer Historic District is listed on theNational Register of Historic Places as sites worthy of preservation. All proceeds benefit the non-profit ongoing effort by local volunteers to maintain the schoolhouse building and grounds. In this way, we show our gratitude and respect for the rural heritage of the past that produced the beautiful Texas Hill Country environment where we love to live.
