Co-Founder Sarah Byrne will bring her skills and knowledge as a Nutritionist, Beekeeper and Mum to deliver a session full of helpful healing remedies, health and lifestyle tips and recommended recipes.

Sarah qualified as a Nutritionist from Western Australia’s Edith Cowan University and currently works in Healthcare at Perth’s inner city hospital. Qualifying in 2014, Sarah’s passion for Nutrition took her in two different directions - into beekeeping with husband James - when they saw the untapped potential of honey for people’s health (and enjoyment!) - whilst working full time in healthcare management.
In a world of fad diets and tic toc health-trends, Sarah is passionate about providing others’ with accurate information and achievable lifestyle goals to help people live life to the fullest.
Our program will unpack the natural remedies of honey, detailing its healing properties, as well as demonstrate how to best use honey to optimise it’s incredible health benefits in your daily routine.
