A Lover Girl. Self Love first, and into a deep union love to self.
It's one of my superpowers. So here I am, to remind you how to open your heart and love unconditionally, with strength and boundaries.
Using a nectar I lovingly create within my heart of my home/kitchen, i infuse this into a rich and sensual Ceremonial Cacao.
Inside this reminder, we gather in ceremony to share powerful messages from the body that say that softness must also be grounded.
This is that scared space you have been waiting for.

You will be invited to get comfortable as you are lulled into a Crystalline Quartz Sound and journey, guiding you with my voice, activating through a deep and meaningful mediation into the Quantum - a dreamlike state where you have the opportunity to engage with your higher self, ancestors and guides to experience profound clarity of mind and enter into a state of pure bliss.
Light Language, song, frequencies - all flowing and clearing out all that has served its purpose and is ready to return back to Source.
Accessing your Akashic Records as you journey inward inside yourself to connect to all layers of your being.
You are so special, during this time if you have surrendered to your Ego, you can have spontaneous releases where your body wants to move and somatically release your story as we journey.

Ceremony doors will be open at 6.15pm and I ask you to come and settle in early and get your space prepped. We are opening and sealing the container at 6.30pm
How do I find our room?
We are located on Level 1, which you will find as you enter the building at the front (The Main Doors)
When you exit either the lift or stairs, go through the doors and follow the hall around to your left which will lead down a long corridor. You will come to the end, and just keep following the way around, it's a bit windy hehe until you see the sign <3 and then you are there!
?Preparing for this Workshop + Sound Journey:
All of you is welcomed into my space. ALL OF YOU.
It's very normal to not want to come, to want to pull out if you're feeling off. This does not affect me or others. This is a scared space dedicated to your own evolution and unfolding.
The heaviness, the sadness, the anxiousness, ALL welcomed into my space. You may even start to feel emotional, triggered, anticipation, worry. This is all normal and a part of the journey.
Taking slow breathes in through your nose, and exhaling out of your mouth helps a lot with this.
Limiting caffeine and drinking water before and after is a helpful way to calm your nervous system building up to this event.
Somatic Releasing is welcomed if you want to work through movement. You do not need to lie down to journey and can take up as much space as you need.
⚜️What do I bring?
I encourage you to journey with a pillow + a warm snuggly blanket, and as we are lying down if you need extra support for your body, please bring something to lie on. Yoga mats are great.
Being warm does also make a more enjoyable and restful space for your journey.
I recommend comfortable clothing to sit or move in.
Please bring a pen and paper in case you want to take notes.
