Honey for your Health: Celebrating Pollinators with Food
Join us for a sweet and savory exploration of the vital role pollinators play in our food systems! Learn how bees and other pollinators impact the fruits, vegetables, and herbs we rely on every day with Naomi Pier, Assistant In Extension, Agronomic Crops IPM with UofA Maricopa County Cooperative Extension.
Then get ready for a culinary experience with Nate Diemer, Program Coordinator for Urban Agriculture at the UofA Maricopa County Cooperative Extension. Using honey and bee pollen, he will transform these natural ingredients into healthy, blue zones inspired dishes. Explore the vital connection between pollinators, our plates, and our health!
UofA Scottsdale Center is located across from Fashion Square Mall, above Culinary Dropout. Free underground parking is available. Park near Elevator B and go to the 2nd level.
