Honey Creek Chapter Trip: Please join us for a trip into the past. Our guides will lead you down to Honey Creek, an iconic representation of a unique riparian ecosystem in Central Texas.
Time: Walk begins promptly at 9 AM. Please arrive by 8:45 AM
Location: Guadalupe River State Park -
Walk: 3.0 hours Trail is easy to moderate.
History - 1.0 Hour

VMS entry: AT:Presentations "Explore Native Plants & Physical Features at Honey Creek State Natural Area with Bob Morris.
Registration is required. One Guest is allowed per member. All fees have been waived for AAMN Members. If your guest is not an AAMN Member, please acknowledge and Pay Park Fee or use a Park Pass.
Park Staff will direct you to the appropriate location.
No Dogs are allowed.
Disclaimer: Anyone suffering from chronic knee or back pain may find the walk down to Honey Creek and the return trip to be challenging. Discretion is advised. Assistance will be limited.
Wear appropriate footwear. The train is downhill and uphill on the way back, some rocky and uneven areas. Bring plenty of water.
