May 20th is designated World Bee Day by the UN to raise awareness about the fundamental role honey bees and other pollinators play in our ecosystem and food security. This World Bee Day, join Blossom Beeworks beekeeper, Amanda, for an hands-on opportunity to learn about honey bees. You will get to:
- Open a bee hive and explore inside
- Look for the Queen
- Hold a bee
- Taste honey right from the honeycomb
Tours are 1 hour and are suitable for adults and children 7 years and older. Protective attire will be provided. Space is limited / Tours are weather dependent.
