In honor of National Crime Victims Rights Week, Crime Victim Services will be holding a ceremony at our Homicide Memorial Garden, remembering the victims who have lost their lives to violence this year.
Bricks will be planted in the garden memorializing victims from 2:00-4:00pm on April 10.
