Join us for a sweet celebration in DeSoto’s Hometown Holiday Candyland Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting! Enjoy the dazzling night parade filled with gumdrops, lollipops, and candy canes galore, followed by live entertainment and the magical lighting of the DeSoto Christmas tree.
Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025
Locations: Parade travels southbound along Hampton Road from the Wintergreen Road intersection to DeSoto Town Center. Christmas Tree Lighting at DeSoto Town Center.

Event Schedule
5:30 PM – Holiday Parade (Hampton Rd and Wintergreen Rd intersection ➜ toward DeSoto Town Center, southbound)
7:00 PM – Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and Performances (DeSoto Town Center)
8:00 PM – Lighting of the Christmas Tree
Know Before You Go
- Free admission for spectators.
- Bring chairs/blankets; dress for cool weather.
- Parking available around DeSoto Town Center; please observe posted closures along the parade route.
