Learn the secrets of crafting delicious nut butters from scratch in this hands-on homesteading workshop - get ready to spread the love!About this Event
Nut butters are quickly replacing mayo and other spreads on sandwiches, fruit, oatmeal, and other foods. Nut butters can be enjoyed in many different ways! They provide a tasty and healthy way to add variety to your diet. Nut butters provide healthy fats, protein, and fiber, which promote stable energy levels, heart health, and a feeling of fullness. Nut butters can also help with digestion. Moreover, this food also contains important vitamins and minerals like vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, and zinc.
Attendees in this class will learn hands-on the steps to making nut butters at home. We will make Vanilla Sea Salt Almond Butter, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Almond Butter, and Maple Pecan Butter. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about making nut butters at home.
