This fall, incorporate movement and mindfulness into your homeschooler's weekly schedule. During this 90-minute session, children 10+ will practice yoga, learn mindfulness techniques, and create yoga-inspired art pieces. This class is intended for older children and will include longer sessions of yoga and more intricate activities and art projects. *No Class 9/23*
