This class is packed with engaging Lego robotics and diverse STEM activities, offering a wonderful opportunity for practical, applied learning. We’ll focus on developing essential small motor skills through activities like cutting and other precise, hands-on tasks – skills that seamlessly support handwriting and other academic areas. Students will also gain valuable experience using a variety of measuring tools, bringing math and science concepts to life.This class provides a welcoming and supportive environment for your child to learn, explore, and connect with other homeschoolers, making new friends while building confidence. If your child participated in Homeschool STEM Club Grades 1/2 last year, there may be minor overlap with robotics content, but the majority will be new explorations!
Wednesday Class Schedule: September 10, 17, 24; October 1, 8, 22, 29; November 5, 12, 19. (No class on October 15)
Monday Class Schedule: Sept 15, 22, & 29 Oct 6, 20, & 27, Nov 3, 10 &17, Dec 1 (No class on Oct 15 or Nov 24)
Thursday Class (only 5 sessions) Thursdays 10:30-11:20 9/18-10/23 ( no class 10/16)
Tuition: $90 per child, $60 for siblings. If you have two children enrolled in different classes, please speak with Miss Annette regarding a sibling discount prior to tuition payment. Class size is a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 10, ensuring personalized attention.
Parents, if these times don't work for you, we're happy to try to set up another day/time, we just need 4 people to form a new class.
